Actually, in a lot of places, it’s illegal to sell a building to someone without telling them if it is known to be supposedly haunted.

I live in a small town near Poughkeepsie NY-and it is BEAUTIFUL and very creepy, sadly thsi winter has been very harsh on the building and some of the middle part has collasped-the building is part of Bennett College-it was an all girls school-there is a lot of good information about it on the internet 🙂

There’s a commercial (I think it’s a car of some kind) with a Halloween theme running now that contains micro flashes of a spooky listing that looks like this. Do ghosts get paid for the use of their homestead? Probably just scale though…..
